ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Our orders are typically processed within 1-2 business hours, but processing times can vary depending on daily order volume. Order processing can take up to five (5) business days. We appreciate your patience while we process your order. Please direct all processing questions to the customer experience team for all questions during the whole process here cx@draxu.com
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship your orders from our warehouses located in the United States. We currently ship only within the United States with plans to expand to new countries in 2023.
Orders shipped within the United States will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. These timeframes are subject to delays based on order volume. Please contact cx@draxu.com for questions regarding your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
We currently ship only within the United States and the following shipping costs apply:
- Orders of $50 or more before taxes, have free shipping.
- Orders within $20 and $49.99 before taxes, have a flat rate of $5.
- Orders of $19.99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $8.
LOCAL PICKUP
We currently offer at our headquarters located in St Petersburg, Florida. At checkout, select the “pickup” option before proceeding with the payment.
After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 2-3 business hours. If you have placed your order after business hours, or after 4pm business days , your order will be prepared the next business day. These timeframes are subject to delays based on order volume.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from our Customer Experience team stating that you may visit our location detailing business address and hours. Please bring the confirmation email with you.
PILE-THEN-SHIP SERVICES
As part of our portfolio of value-add services from collector to collectors, we offer you the possibility of buying exclusive collectibles and keeping them safely stored under Draxu’s custody until you are ready to receive them at your location or pick them up.
In order to make use of our Pile-Then-Ship Services you should select the “Pickup” option and then "Pile-Then-Ship" at checkout and email our Customer Experience team (cx@draxu.com) instructing us to keep your grails under custody.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Customers are able to contact UPS / Fedex to arrange alternate delivery. Draxu is not responsible for any fees that are associated with this alternate delivery.
