Replacement Policy

Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by a third-party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing, damaged, and incorrect shipments or items must be reported within 15 days of receipt, and must include photo documentation in the email submission. These items will be reviewed by the customer experience agent and, if applicable, a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said products. Please be aware of the following replacement limitations:

COLLECTIBLES

We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace items based on these variations, including but not limited to minor paint flaws or figure positioning. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged figure. Please contact the manufacturer directly for all manufacturing questions or defects.

MYSTERY BOXES AND BLIND FIGURES 

Some boxes are shipped with blind boxes or variant items inside. All blind boxes and variant items are shipped at random, including replacements. If we replace a blind or variant item, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same variant as in your original shipment.

REPLACEMENTS ON SOLD OUT

We cannot guarantee that we will have replacement parts for sold out or older archived items as replacement inventory is not always available. In the event that we do find you an acceptable replacement you may be subject to shipping charges to have the replacement part sent to you. Please review our shipping policy for additional information.
